Maria Hinton Inc. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Self Serve Courses ( The Momentum Lab):
Since Maria Hinton Inc. is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and access is granted to the product. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item on this site.
VIP Intensives & VIP Visionary Launchpad Mentorship:
If you become unavailable for your scheduled VIP intensive session, we will work with you to reschedule for another day that suits both parties. A change in your schedule will not grant you a refund of your deposit or your full payment if it has already been made.
After you have attended a VIP session, Maria Hinton Inc. does not issue refunds for any reason.
Membership Programs (Mastering Manifestation):
Annual and lifetime memberships are not eligible for refunds due to the deeply discounted pricing.
If you wish to cancel your month-to-month membership in Mastering Manifestation Mastermind, cancellation requests are accepted at firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellation requests for month to month members must be made prior to your billing date. Monthly memberships fees are not eligible for a refund.
MASTERMINDS (Amplified Alchemy Mastermind, The Immunity Method)
Once payment is made for any high level masterminds including Amplified Alchemy and The Immunity Method no refunds under any circumstances will be granted, as client will instantly have access to course curriculum and live coaching sessions.
Upon execution of Agreement to anyone of the programs mentioned above, the Company agrees to render services related to education, seminar, consulting, and/or business mentoring as more specifically delineated in Exhibit “A” of this Agreement (the “Program”) in which client will receive upon securing seat to the program. The scope of services rendered by Company pursuant to this contract shall be solely limited to those contained therein.
Client accepts and agrees that she/he is 100% responsible for her/his progress and results for the program and no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
